Summer comes and life is getting easier. So does this recipe for a fab Snack.
Get yourself a watermelon and cut it into little squares…
…take a little bowl and mix 2 tbs of olive oil with fresh thyme or basil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Top the squares with the oil mixture….see how easy it can be to have a healthy Snack? Don’t get lazy and go for stuff from the Supermarket.
