Headache – why take any medication when a simple trick-remedy works wonders?

Whenever you suffer from an annoying and painful headache or earache, garlic can help relieve your pain greatly.
Garlic is anti-inflammatory and can work wonders at reducing the swelling and throbbing that accompanies ear aches. It may sound odd at first but simply put a few drops of garlic oil on a cotton ball (or take a peeled clove of garlic), and gently place it in the opening of your ear…. and it’ll clear up the infection within 48 hours:

This is what you have to do to get rid of your headaches

1. Cut a small tube, or plug shape piece of fresh garlic bulb.

2. Wrap that piece in tissue.

3. Place the wrapped garlic into the ear canal. Don’t shove it down in there
deeply, you just want it resting in the opening like an ear plug.

watch this little demonstration:

You can best do this right before bed, and leave the garlic in the ear all night or – during the day – leave it in your ear for 30-35 minutes.

Once you start to feel a heat sensation spreading through your ear, the irritation and pain will begin to subside. Leave the cotton ball (or garlic clove) in your ear for at least 30-35 minutes or longer, and if you want to you can even leave it in overnight.

It will likely fall out sometime during the night, but it should stay in there for at least a few hours. And that’s long enough. The pain of the ear infection will be greatly reduced – if not gone completely.

Garlic is very effective at treating also ear infections. Because of its anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties it kills bacteria and germs in your inner ear which can cause the pain. In addition, its antiseptic properties reduce the risk of further or future infections.

Last but not least, eating garlic will give your immune system a boost because it’s packed with nutrients like Vitamins C and B6, fiber, potassium, and calcium.

Instead of popping expensive meds, pop some garlic from time to time that has been proven to help reduce the severity of symptoms associated with the flu and common cold. The infection itself will be completely gone within 24-48 hours.

If you don’t have garlic on hand, you can either use high quality garlic oil or use a fresh onion to treat ear infections, too. Just cut off a small piece of fresh onion and use it like the garlic above, or put a few drops of the fresh cut onion juice in the ear.

Still if this does not work here we have listed very effective pain relievers with less – or very little – side effects:
