1/2 cup of oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
handful of strawberries (sliced in little pieces)
1/2 banana (also sliced)
fill up your bowl with almond milk (or soya / rice milk) unsweetened
add cinnamon to your taste
Let the oat soak over night.
For the next morning:
Stir your oat and if you like add some extra almond .
Add some blueberries and you are ready for a healthy start into your day
