I minced turkey and added onions (already fried golden in a pan) and chopped parmesan cheese. Seasoned it with salt and pepper.
Tipp: Add some herbs like coriander or basil and dry tomatoes or veggies for a special burger.
The homemade burger patties are so much healthier as you save a lot of salt /sodium and other chemicals instead of using the plastic packed patties.
